Staff were very nice. Hotel was beautiful. Nice lobby with fire place. Nice outside seating with fire pit. Rooms clean, up to date. Keurig, refrigerator and microwave in room.
Very friendly staff who goes the extra mile. Super clean and pre-cautionary steps taken to ensure guests stay safe and healthy. Rooms are modern and beautiful. What’s stood out the most was the incredible reception upon checking in.
Brand new rooms and were super clean. We didn’t stay by the highway side so we heard nothing. Overall great experience and the staff was super nice. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars are the rooms are a bit small.
For a 2 star hotel, this Fairfield Inn In Waltham is extraordinary clean, comfortable and the price is right!! Only con was I noticed a couple discolored towels. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Clean bathroom. Even the toilet paper was super soft. The room smelled so clean. I don’t know what they’re using to clean but they are doing a great job. Great customer service! Definitely a top one for me and I highly recommend! And I like the check out by 12p instead of 11am like some hotels.
The Hotel was amazing. Clean and very updated.Will be here again.
