The staff here is wonderful. Carmen goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. She always has a smile for a guest and is always willing to help. The rooms are very clean and the property is well maintained. The hotel staff is very kind especially when it comes to pets. I never had an issue with our dog here. I feel completely safe walking our dog day or night. Our overall experience has been pleasurable.
I want there to a get pricing for a long term stay of three months. The young lady up front was so kind to show me a room. The room seem to be clean although the furniture was a little outdated. The customer service when I enter the hotel as well when we called was awesome. I wish I would of taken the girl name when we visited very sweet girl we ask a lot of questions and she answer everyone then gives us a reservation number so we can book in 2 months for our stay. We are still debating this whether to get this hotel or the one in front which we were told was a little more modern.
FOR THE PRICE, this hotel is perfect (It’s not a Ritz Carlton, so chill out).nnThe Desk Staff— John, Bill, & Yousuf— are AMAZING.nnThe maintenance staff is stretched thin due to COVID but they will get you anything you need... if you are POLITE (and knowing a bit of Spanish never hurt anyone).nnAgain, FOR THE PRICE— 5 stars!
Room 309....We stayed here because I transferred from work and needed a month to month place until we find the place we will call home. We are really happy here mainly because of the staff! everyone is great, but I can't stress enough how amazing John is. There's great service and then there's above and beyond, and that's always what we get from him. This is someone who I know will go really far because he puts in the hard work and is always happy to do it. Edison is also great. He only works on the weekend so we don't see him as much as we see John, but when we do he also gives us amazing service. We will definitely miss everyone when we leave. We have stayed here longer than we thought mainly because of the service. Management is great as well which reflects on the staff!! Thank you for making our stay a very positive one.
I had to pay a 3 day dog fee for my pup that was there one night. So I had told Edison and he fixed my rate at the desk and comped the $50.00 towards my next night. Good people there.
