The service was great and friendly, everyone smiled. The pool was not heated, as stated on hotel listing and the pool and pool water needed to be cleaned. The food was good, no bagels offered but they had other options. Coffee cups were 10 ounces, who drinks only ten ounces?nHad an enjoyable over night stay. Would definitely recommend staying there.
Nice Hotel right off the interstate. Pillow top mattresses were a heaven to sleep on. Oct Covid-19 time so everything closed in hotel.
My son was getting married and this was the hotel that was chosen for the wedding party to stay at. Reserved a with the double beds back in May. 2 weeks before the October wedding found out by the wedding planner, NOT by the hotel, that we were changed from the westin hotel to the embassy suites hotel. No notification to ME who reserved the room and was paying for it. For them to just move us was not good customer service. They should have informed me of the change and make it my decision whether to change hotels. Do you have enough business that you can move people to a lower level hotel with No communication, and no apology of any kind. No compensation for the inconvenience either. Poor business practice.
Nice Hotel. Pillow top mattresses were a dream to sleep on. Everything inside closed because of Covid.
