As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from the friendly staff at the front desk. I booked a double room for a family weekend getaway. The rooms were great size, very clean and comfortable. The beds are very cozy, shower was amazing and nice cold AC! Felt like a home away from home. The rooms and the kitchen are well equipped with everything needed. We really enjoyed the pool and BBQ area. Housekeeping staff and management went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When we first got our room, the first impression was the scent of a lot of smoke from the prior guest. Then, went to the front desk and they kindly gave us another room. Thankfully, the other room didn’t have the smoke smell. We thought that would be our only problem for the night, but it didn’t end there. During the night, someone knocked at 3am. During the morning, (Keep in mind check out is at 12pm noon) we got a knock at 10am, and when we opened the door there was a lady walking away and no invoice or anything by the door. Even if it was housekeeping, the knock at 3am in the morning should have not occurred. Other than that, the room was clean and a decent size. I also appreciate that after 12 midnight they lock the lobby to keycard only to prevent any unwanted visitors. They also have pre-packed breakfast in the front from like 6am-9am if you want it (free). So overall, room was clean and tidy, (slightly dirty on the bathroom walls, nothing major), and a lot of disturbances in the morning. I will not stay here again.
I really enjoy my stay. Management and staff were great awesome customer service. Had a weekend stay with the family rooms were clean and cozy. Loved the the pool and BBQ. Definitely recommended
We always enjoy the Hyatt Houses. They have enough room to fit my entire family. They were excellent about covid practices. Rooms were a bit smaller than other hyatt houses that we have been to, but overall we had a very good experience.
The room was very clean. Customer service was awesome. It was my first time staying at a Hyatt Place and will stay again. The rooms are big and the bed is comfy. The parking lot is big enough for truck parking but depending on how busy, shape of parking lot can make it hard to maneuver.
