The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood. Well furnished. Ample of parking. The bedroom does not have an AC and it gets really hot during summer. Internet is very flaky. TV shows only limited channels and you can't add other channels. Windows do not have locks. Washer and Dryer are not in the unit. They do not have dishwashers. I think for the high price of the rent, they should at least include AC, dishwasher to be fair on pricing. These are basic amenities. I had to spend extra to get the evaporative cooler. Internet is so slow that I had to upgrade my Phone internet to unlimited usage. Washer and dryer are $2.5 each.
Avoid this place if you can. No regard for renters and you might find yourself out on the street without much notice.
I think your rental agreement is not transparent. I paid for 31 days in August (as per your daily rate policy). I assume you would let me stay he 31st day also right ??? bummer i am asked to vacate by 10 am on the 31st day... Seems unfair to me. but as your lease agreement has a stupid clause with a grey area saying (you must vacate the apartment by 10 am the DAY OF DEPARTURE) and i signed it without clarifying i have to obey it....
