I bought my bike online knowing my size. When I arrived it was ready to go. The tires seemed too wide and aggressive for me so I asked if they would put different tires on at a cost of course. They made some recommendations to fit my needs. They quickly changed the tires out. The staff is friendly and answered all my questions. I was concerned about the fact that not all the staff were wearing masks- mostly the service guys. Perhaps it’s a different law in IL - not sure. Very friendly and helpful people.

Not a single one if there employees are wearing masks. I walked in and turned right around. I'm not risking my health to buy a bike. It's not that hard to at least appear to value your customers. I was going to buy a bike today based on their online stock but I'll buy elsewhere or online as much as I would rather support local business and jobs.

Excellent service dept., great selection of bicycles, and knowledgeable staff.

This review is based on the sales experience. I would not trust them with my bike at this point. Confirmed the 27.5+ version that comes with a 130mm fork of the bike I wanted was in stock a couple months ago. Came in, dealt with a pushy sales person who couldn’t answer basic questions about the bike. Poor experience overall but it’s been hard to find bikes. If I had not basically made up my mind about the bike I wanted, I would’ve left immediately.nnCame home to find a chip in the frame I didn’t notice initially. Whatever, it’s a mountain bike. A brand new one but whatever. Maybe the leather in my back seat chipped it.nnNow I come to find out, after taking the bike to a different shop for some work, the fork is 120mm and the dropouts are designed for the 29” version of the bike. But it has 27.5+ wheels. This is info the salesperson should have known and disclosed before taking $2-3k from me. The bike should have had 29” wheels per the fork and dropouts. Based on the upgrades I wanted to make, I would have been happy with either version, but not a mix of both.nn2 stars for the friendly mechanic I spoke with towards the end. Can’t speak about the work they do on bikes.

They offer quick, excellent service. Had my daughter's tire changed in no time when other shops said we'd wait a week. Highly recommend.
