Amazing service. I've had a both a professional bike fit and maintenance at Endure It. These guys know what they're doing and they are very good at it. I highly recommend them.
Went to pick up a bike they fixed. Ran my debit card and it wouldn't go through. The man ran it 3 times. He told me that it has to be my card, because their system is running perfectly. He told me I didn't have the money in my account. I told him that wasn't true. Then he said my card was damaged. I again explained that I got gas less than 10min prior to coming to their store. The card is fine. I left went to the bank for a statement to prove that the funds are there. And I've recorded myself using the card at the gas station pump again! Of course it worked!! I'm going to pick up the bike and NEVER go back AGAIN. I'm going to tell Anyone and Everyone about my experience. Own up to your error. A simple apology would have worked. Not an accusation!

I got a bike fit a year ago at a different shop and left feeling uninformed, overcharged, and generally not happy with the experience. I saw Erik at Endure it today and had a totally different experience. I left feeling like I got a quality bike fit at a reasonable price and know that I will return for any future fits or other services. Seems like a great shop!
