Went inside to do shopping got done went to pickup prescription waited in line for 20 min. Asked if someone could help me they responded to me we have a line outside we will be with you shortly. 3 people working only one helping customers. Went back Saturday to drive through after leaving on Thursday upset. Pulled up they said it will be awhile since they have a line of customers inside. Either way I would recommend going somewhere else.

Always slow, never calls doctors for refills, do not take goodrx coupons, and so much more. Even having trouble transferring important prescriptions to another pharmacy because they do not answer or return calls. Never going back.

Sharda was so rude and yelling at us. We did not had good experience visiting.she was discrinating all Indians. It is so sad that she is herself indian. She doesn't have patience at all. She is always yelling and shouting. Working in the medical field, she should have some kindness and patiance. I won't visit this pharmacy again because her.

Male little Indian pharmacist is so friendly here. Best pharmacy that I have ever been to. Great staff and very knowledgable pharmacists. I give him 1000 out of 100 percent. Great job to the person who hired Dr. Shaw and I will transfer all my prescriptions and tell all my friends. They do a great job to protect you from all the preventable diseases. Love my pharmacist who keeps on reminding me about my shots and covid19!!!

SHARDA PERSAUD THREATENED TO NOT GIVE MY GRANDPARENTS THE VACCINE AFTER I ASKED HER TO PUT HER MASK ON MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!!nnEarlier today I took my grandparents to get a vaccine at the Hy-vee pharmacy in Sycamore, IL and for the 15 minutes we were there I noticed Sharda Persaud, the pharmacist who was administering the vaccines, wasn't even wearing a mask..it just just hanging from one ear. Then when I asked her why she wasn't wearing her mask multiple times times, she actually had the audacity to threaten refusing my grandparents the vaccine..ud83dude21nnIt was obvious the other employees have come to expect that type of behavior from SHARDA PERSAUD! She shouldn't be managing anything especially not a pharmacy at Hy-Vee!nnHy-vee is a great place and they deserve much better!
