My friend and I walked in to Blue Moon Bike Shop today looking for bikes. The man in the shop was working on a bike. He didn’t greet us or speak to us. In fact he didn’t even look up from his work. Won’t be back nor recommend.
Guy who answered my call was very rude. Asked him if they could possible do some things to my bike today and answered with a flat and rudely toned “nope”. Didn’t offer to schedule a time or say that they were just too busy. Wanted to keep my business local but I’ll just head in to dekalb or st. Charles from now on! Learn some customer service skills please.
Stopped by to check out some bikes with 45 minutes till they closed, they didn’t want me to come in and check anything out. They didn’t even ask if I had a mask or anything. Not very good customer service.

IF YOUR LOOKING TO PURCHASE / REPAIR OR JUST WANT TO MEET SOME GREAT GUYS AND THEIR GREAT BIKE SHOP WITH GREAT SELECTIONS GREAT PRICES GREAT SERVICE THEN YOU OWE IT TO YOYRSELF TO CHECK THEM OUT ....I LIVE IN DEKALB AND WILL ALWAYS COME HERE INSTEAD OF THAT OTHER PLACE IN DEKALB ..DONT WANT TO REPEAT THEIR NAME BECAUSE IT LEAVES A BAD NASTY TASTE IN MY MOUTH.... SO COME HERE FOR A NICE REFRESHING LIVELY HAPPY TIME ....THANKS YOU GUYS
