I cannot express enough how thankful I am for hospitality I received here. I work third shift and my house currently does not have power due to the storm. I have a well and cannot shower and trying to sleep in the heat is very uncomfortable. I drive an hour and a half away from work and I chose this place last minute because it is a good halfway point.nVery polite and pleasant on the phone. When I came to check in, they were very nice and personable. The woman at the desk was considerate of me needing to get to sleep and accommodating and was able to get me a perfect room at the end of the hall nice and quiet. She even remembered to ask me if I have AAA to get me a better price! I always forget to mention I have AAA!
Beds were comfortable but pillows were too soft and flat. Was given a dirty room by mistake. Elevator smelled like weed and 3rd floor hall smelled like cigarettes. No breakfast, pool or gym because of covid.
Rooms are ok. However housekeeping never showed up the entire week I was there

Never in my life have I experienced such little care for a customer as I did this evening. After being delayed for an hr. on a flight, I finally arrived at this hotel at 10 pm only to find out that the hotel was oversold, and since I wasn’t a Marriott Rewards Member I was bumped.nTheir idea of consideration was to move my reservation to a Best Western next door further away from my ultimate destination. When I told them that there was a hotel closer to where I needed to be for an additional $300 a night, and that I’d rather stay there if they could cover the difference... Their response was - “Are you a Marriott Rewards Member?”
