Great experience at Wheel Fast! Went in to get my first road bike. Matt was super helpful, educating me on the different bike options and necessary accessories within my price range. Excellent local bike store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They repaired my old Trek 970 and it shifts like new. I highly recommend this store for new and used bike gear.
We drove from St. Louis to get a particular specialized e-bike that was not in stock anywhere near us. Jason was super nice on the phone, ensuring the bike they had was the exact model we were looking for and putting the bike aside for us. When we got there, Jeremy was very helpful setting us up and ensuring we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bike and a pleasant buying experience!
Picked up my first hardtail MTB from here and it was a great experience all around. Everyone was super friendly and helped me get set up with everything I needed and took the time to answer some newbie mountain bike questions. Bike looks and rides great and I can’t wait to hit the trails! Highly recommended.
I started biking again after a hiatus. I have used these guys to help tune an old bike, accessorize a new bike for my needs, and for tons of advice. Whether I’ve called or came in they always are super friendly, take time to answer your questions, aren’t the least bit pushy for sales, and are very accepting of all levels of cyclist. They really seem to legitimately love what they do and have passion for helping people to have fun on bikes. Check them out.
