I absolutely love this Pharmacy!!! And the prices are so reasonable. Unlike other pharmacies where they gouge you.

Very nice people, but EVERYTIME I call in advance to have my prescriptions filled, I will get it through the drive thru and it’s never ready. I have to sit there an additional 5-10 minutes or they will have me pull around to take the customer behind me, and make me come back around. Really don’t see a point calling in my prescriptions 3 hours in advance their NEVER ready when I get there. Very frustrating.

The new owners of Freeburg pharmacy are incredible people to work with and will go out of their way to accommodate customers. Insurance doesn't want to pay for my medicine because there is a cheaper alternative available on the market but for me personally it doesn't work. I was able to talk to Bryan and he is giving me a great deal on my medicine as cash pay without going through insurance.

Absolutely terrible at getting scripts out in a timely manner. Even calling ahead before picking them up rarely works. Dropped off 4 scripts personality today and told them I'd be back in an hour. Have been sitting here for 20 min with a hungry newborn waiting for scripts that should have been filled and ready awhile ago. Ridiculous.
