I moved to Holliston last year, and was amazed to find Grace Bicycles. You couldn't ask for a better LBS. Roy is equally prepared and equipped to service basic kids bikes as well as esoteric custom specialty bikes. Even in the city, it's hard to think of another shop with a Pegoretti, ANT, Seven, and IF hanging on the wall - alongside the big brands. Roy is professional and great to work with - I feel fortunate to have a resource like Grace right in my backyard.
I'm a very casual rider and wasn't feeling very comfortable on my bike but Roy took the time to explain some bike fundamentals, positioning and adjusted my seat. Very grateful that he took the time to help me!
I am a huge fan of Roy and his bike shop. Bought a new bike two years ago after a detailed fitting. The bike is a dream. Have been back for extras and for a one-year tune up. It's worth waiting for the appointment for the fitting, and the technology is very cool. Roy knows exactly what he is doing and he someone you can absolutely trust. And on top of that, he's a nice guy.
