Picked up a prescription for my dad today, Libby and Grace were very helpful and gave me my prescription in a timely manner. Very good with their communication and people skills !

Beth and the staff went above and beyond in helping get a prescription filled that other retailers couldn't. They took the time to listen, and help a stressed mom with two sick kids out by bringing script to car within minutes of being filled. Truly appreciated!

The poorest customer service I have ever received from an independent pharmacy. They changed policy twice without informing me previously (I had called before hand to check on my prescriptions. I had to wait for them to fill my prescriptions even though they had been called in and I had called to see if they were ready and hour and a half before I came into the store. They had plenty of time to address this before the moment I paid for my meds.). They informed me of the changes as I was swiping my card as if they tried to sneak it by me. The second time was the last straw. They informed that amid the pandemic their supplier would only let me have 30 days of my medication instead of the 90 I am entitled to by my insurance for the same copay. They informed me the policy had taken affect that day (a Monday). My doctor had called the prescription in to be filled on Friday. If they had filled it when they should have I would have gotten my 90 pills for one copay. They would not honor the old policy that was in effect the day my prescription was called in. I have a family of four with several monthly maintenance meds and they didn't think twice about letting me walk out the door to CVS (where I was able to get all 90 of my pills for the same copay they would only give me 30). I highly recommend avoiding this drug store if you get more than 30 pills at once or if you would like to be treated with dignity and respect as a customer.

Staff is very helpful

Adams is FAST, they contact your doctor for you regarding refills, and if being closed on Sundays bothers you, tell yourself that your combined annual wait time at big pharmacies is much longer than that. They’ve known my parents for twenty years, and me for about 2 1/2. They know us on sight, and remember our various situations. They’ll remember you, too. And they are a fantastic gift shop for a hostess gift or birthday present.
