Comfortable....needs a little bit of remodeling but.housekeeping did a fine job of cleanliness to the best of their ability. Front desk and check in was courteous and helpful.We had as family suite room 200. I'm Booked to full capacity yet very quiet.

Homewood Suites are really starting to show their age. Home2Suites seems to be a better option for similar price model. This will sadly be the last time I stay at one of these. Just not worth staying at these given to end of life amenities/condition.

Pull out bed was the equivalent to sleeping on the floor, I felt bad making my daughter sleep on there. I've stayed at worse but I've stayed at a lot better. It was ok for one night.

This hotel is in horrible shape. When you first walk in it looks really nice but I was not expecting the level of decay and presence of bugs in a Hilton branded hotel. My husband and I had been driving for hours and were both extremely tired plus I had prepaid the hotel through the Hilton honors app. If not for that we would have seriously left and went to another hotel. There were ladybugs crawling all over the walls, ceilings, drapes and light fixtures. Also there was what we refer to in the south as stink bugs crawling on the wall. Then we noticed dead bugs on the desk work area. The furnishings are extremely used with rips, stains and the desk leg in the room is actually broken making it unsafe to use. We had went down to our car and noticed cockroaches crawling on the corridor walls. The worst for me was when we went to go to bed and I noticed the headboard has drip type stains where something has ran down the headboard and it has not been wiped down. Needless to say I could hardly lay my head down and sleep. I literally slept with my head covered up and my feet tucked in underneath the blankets all night long. I would not recommend this hotel and I would never come back.
