We usually get good service and rates here but tonight, January 9 2021 at approximately 6PM we were hassled by a young employee at the desk. That employee was definitely trying to cheat us and not make any effort to provide good service or rates.
A clean, nice place to stay.. the towels were there when I needed them most.. the coffee was good.. The staff was nice. I would come back and stay here again.. a 5 star rate
We got in late last night, had no trouble booking, and got a great deal!nnThis hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the service is impeccable! Our room is so fresh and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is spotless and the shower doesn't take much more than a minute to heat up!nnThe hot breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was very clean!nnLily at the Front Desk is extremely sweet and helpful! She even gave us easy directions to follow to a local spot to pick up more snacks for our trip.nnThe next time we're on this route, we'll be delighted to stay here again!
I was greeted warmly by Hinten, the front desk person on Day Shift. He was very professional and extremely nice. This Hotel completely remodels their entire facility every five years. So the lobby, the hallways, the elevators, and rooms were all updated and clean and very nice. Very comfortable bed. Large Television. Large refrigerator. Clean and very accommodating bathroom. Definitely my go to Hotel for when I stay in Montgomery. Thanks comfort inn.ud83dude42
