The Hampton inn Montgomery East Chase Is located in an area that has many restaurants in stores within walking distance.nnParking at the time I was there was plentiful, and the parking spaces are wide.nnThe staff was very friendly though my interaction with them was minimal.nnThe room was clean and had tape on the door to verify no one had been in prior to me.nnThe furnishings were good and not worn. The suite had plenty of space.nnIf my travels bring me back to Montgomery area I would definitely stay at this Hampton inn.
We stayed just one night but the staff and our room made such a great impression, I will come back! Larry was so eager to help and offered great service. Miss Mona (breakfast host) was adorable! Made us feel like family and even cracked jokes with my husband and I. This is what great service and atmosphere should look like! Well done!
Great location, very clean and welcoming decor. Covid-style breakfast was very good, thank you Miss Mona! Had a snafu on our booking through Hotels.com and no reservation when we arrived. Larry at the reception desk was so helpful to us after a long day of travel! He offered us a room at a special rate and we very quickly were checked in! He was so friendly and genuinely cared. Nice work everyone! Hope our paths cross again one day.
My stay was a home away from home. The room was clean, comfortable & everything that I requested was right there in my room. The staff was very welcoming, professional & accommodating. Shout out to Mrs.Helen & Mr. Quint O’Neal who went above & beyond during my stay. The next time I visit Montgomery, Alabama I will definitely make reservations with Hampton Inn & Suites Montgomery-Eastchase
I received excellent treatment from my greeting at the Front Desk through my check out. Every staff member I encountered greeted me and treated me with excellence.nnThis made my stay a truly great experience.!
