Staff was amazing! They were very warm and welcoming, and Ms. Regina definitely made the visit fun. They were very accommodating! The room was well cleaned and organized. It's located in a convenient area, near shopping centers and restaurants. Overall an excellent experience!
From the time I entered the office area I was greeted and welcomed like royalty. There was a few issues with my payment being accepted but the front desk staff were brilliant in their assistance to me. 10/10 experience. Would recommend.
Regina was AMAZING. Had a terrible encounter with a older lady with short hair but Regina saved the day! She made the process so easy while making my day at the same time! Thank you Regina !
I had a great experience staying at Extended Stay America the younger front desk guy by the name of David was very helpful with my concerns and checking me in will stay again
Great customer service. The place is old and could minimally use new carpet (a must). Everything else I can get past for the 1 night stay needed. Good water pressure and hot water.
