Tried calling and after being on hold for an extended period of time, they hung up and cut me off so I have to start the process all over again. Ridiculous!
I've been coming here for a year, including the transition to Medicare. Few problems, all resolved efficiently. Good staff, even when busy.
I went to this pharmacy on the night of january 28 of this year picking up hair products like I usually do from this location and a lady at the cash register called security on me for allegedly stealing. It was racial profiling at its best and ive never felt more disrespected in my life. There was no reason to accuse me of stealing other then the color of my skin in this womans mentality I suppose. This event could have turned into another tragedy in America were an innocent minority is persecuted or even killed if it were to escalate. I will never go here again and advise others not too as well.
