First let me say this Hampton inn is now pet friendly... This is the second time we have stayed here. Both times the staff has been amazing. They have done everything possible to cater to our needs, from extra pillows to more coffee. This time the COVID 19 epidemic was going on, breakfast was a simple box with some food, understandable to keep people socially distance from one another. The other thing is the hotel is currently under renovation, again this could have been less than desirable, but again the staff did everything they could the make our stay pleasant. Apparently the construction people were school how to treat an encounter with guest's, they all were very respectful, that is much appreciated.
It was fine for 1 night. Rooms are very sparsely decorated but possibly b/c looks like they are remodeling. Front desk staff very friendly, mirror in bathroom had not been cleaned as we could read what previous guest had written.
Very quite. Love this hotel. Made me feel at home. Service was wonderful night shift and day shift. Anytime I come down there this is where i will stay...... Thank you ans yhe rooms both stays were above excellent
The hotel us very nice. Our room was 62 degrees when we arrived so we turned the thermostat up to 70 then 75 and 80. It did not get above 66 degrees. The clerk could not figure out how to honor the online price of our reservation.
Great hotel. Awesome service and staff. Great room. Quiet peaceful night.
