Room i reserved weeks ago for 4 adults was not available, due to some issue. What was the solution? Put 4 adults in a room with a single queen and a double size pull out. Unacceptable. Oh, and did I mention, they gave it to me for the normal price of the room? Wow, way to recover Marriott. There were much better alternatives and frankly a reduction in price was needed in the interest of service. As a platinum member, its clear I am loyal. However, based on this, it is not reciprocated. Do better.
*****Edit 03/23/21*****nWorst stay ever!!! AC kept shutting down, building exit door adjacent to our room was so loud it constantly woke my wife and I. I am prior service and could sleep through just about anything. Heck Quality Inn was better than this stay. I would make it a two star if breakfast was not so good, and staff so nice.nnVery clean and well kept. Breakfast was a blessed bonus as most places are only doing a bagged meal of water, piece of fruit and danish. Here I had choice of two types of omelet, oatmeal, grits, pork or turkey sausage, bagel, muffin, and or cereal.nnRoom is nice but placement of tv is at an odd viewing angle. Shower only in room I stayed, but it was a BIG shower.nnAll other amenities as advertised.nnIf pets were allowed this would be our go-to stay.

My stay was horrible. It was roaches crawling all over my hotel. The staff at the front was confrontational and called the police on me and my family because we asked to be switched to another room. They then proceeded to block my family and I from getting our bags out of room so we could leave. This was by far the worse representation of a Marriott that I have been too. Please do not stay here. Very unprofessional would not recommend
This was by far the absolute worst representation of a Marriott hotel that I have ever seen. The room my wife and I were given was infested with roaches along with mold and mildew throughout. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the lack of care and concern was astounding. Needless to say my wife and I refused to stay there and have since found another hotel for the night. Awful experience!!!!
