Very clean, modern hotel. King bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was far better than most others. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Auburn.
I’m giving 2 stars, because I stayed at this hotel multiple times during the pandemic since November of 2020. The first time, all was well. Every single time after, CLEANLINESS was always lacking. Talking about visible dirt/dust, live bugs in my shower, bathroom never appropriately cleaned with trash and dust. Every single time I would stay they had to change my room. It finally got to a point where I saw a dead bug in the middle of the floor during check-in and decided to leave to go to another hotel. I reached out to the manager the next day, and she agreed to refund one night, hence why I’m giving one star. It shouldn’t be a choice to CLEAN and SANITIZED during a pandemic. If a guest leaves a hotel, solely because of the lack of cleaning, it says something. Front desk staff was always very nice, however!
Convenient location just off the Interstate. Clean. Quiet. Easy access to multiple food options.
Clean and refreshing comfort in rooms. I love the showers!
