The door had issues locking and we did not feel safe. Across the street it was super noisy and hear it perfectly through the walls. Upon entering the room, it smelled moldy and like smoke, and was nauseating. The floors turned our feet soot black and the shower appeared unclean. The sheets had blood stains and other people's hair in them. Could get better quality for the same price elsewhere. Very disappointed, though the muffins were good. Luckily the pillows and beds were comfortable.
The staff at this Hotel is literally the BEST EVER! From the first stay until the last these guys have been so very kind, always make sure that you have everything you need, they are very clean and they make you so comfortable! Also they have the best breakfast! Most def a 5 star for these guys! Especially Mrs. Beth! ud83dude18
Awesome place staying here till my home in Tuskegee is ready sometime tomorrow.
Customer service was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean along with the bathroom. It was reasonably priced also. I would stay here again. Plenty of places to eat close to this locat ion. Also it's very close to the interstate.
Not typically into exterior corridor hotels due to the typical age and poor maintenance, BUT Vic Patel and his staff have a nice gen in their portfolio. Great service, friendly staff, updated rooms and furnishings like you were staying in a newly build Laquinta. Check them out for your next game day stay. We will!
