We have been in this hotel for 7 days now. We have a microwave that doesn’t spin and has no plate. We have a fridge that doesn’t work at all. We have informed the front desk a few times. We were willing to give the hotel another shot this week. Until we found a COCKROACH bigger than a quarter INSIDE our room. Upon further inspection we noticed under the beds have NEVER been cleaned judging by the receipts from 2018 and all of the babies toys under them.
it’s just a very clean friendly affordable pet friendly hotel I will stay here firm here on out Chandra always handles everything with care and a smile. She makes sure things stay sanitized around here. I love this place
We've stayed at this location 2 times now, together at least, and we absolutely love it here. The bed is luxurious feeling and the room with the jacuzzi tub is a couples private little piece of heaven. may not be the Marriot or The Metropolitan but it's an awesome room every time I'm here.
One of the worst red roof experiencesnnForever to check in at 330pm....nThe room keys didn’t work when we tried them so we had to wait an additional 20+ mins for the front staff to Return behind the best...nnRude housekeeping female - the room wasn’t even clean when we checked in at 4, there was a baggie of obvious drugs laying on the floor, room didn’t have towels or toilet paper. Uncleaned floors,nnThankfully it’s only one night.
The front desk person when I checked out dressed sloppy, was inquisitive about me, offered no napkins for breakfast, he showed me where to find them in a cabinet, and even though he seemed needy, he complained about having to work two jobs. Also, the rooms TV had to be manually turned off and on. Nice price, but I'd rather have professional people wait on me and napkins! Oh, and the breakfast? Two stale cookies.
