This hotel is below a 1 star! Total roach motel! We got the King suite and upon entering the room it was dark and dinghy like a cave. Everything was sticky and there was dead roaches on the carpet. The worst part was the huge live roaches we had to kill 4 to be exact!! Big ones too. We used points to get the room so it was non-refundable or we would of left that moment! Good thing we were traveling and left super early. Sleep with the lights on!! Never Again!!
Disappointed that I spent the night here. Room smelled like an ashtray, TV didn't work, and the lady at the desk couldn't tell me where my room was, which was a problem because this place is a maze of outside rooms with NO ELEVATOR at night. You can forget about Choice Privileges membership perks. I'd have been better off sleeping in my truck. #FAIL
Roachs were nice, got 2 rooms , one smelled like cigarettes, other smelled like mold , tiny bed , dirty carpet
Suggestion, replace the furniture that has disgusting stains. The sofas were gross.nnI added photos of the super dirty sofas which showed major stains.
Worst experience ever except for the clerk Pam. She tried to help with ALL the problems that occurred.nRoaches in the room and then after spraying I was cleaning up dead bodies and found a FREAKING TOOTH by the foot of the bed!!! I am only glad it was from a denture. Tiles falling off the wall in the shower. Then the TV wouldn't work, Pam fixed that.nNever, ever will go there again.
