The hotel was very clean inside and out, common areas and room included. Our reservation was for 4 people - our suite sleeps 5, but we were only provided towels for 3 and coffee cups and k-cups for 2 in the room. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa, and when we went to the desk to get some, we were only given 2 pillows without pillow cases, a fitted sheet, and comforter.nDespite there being signage EVERYWHERE in the hotel saying masks were required in all common areas of the hotel, none of the (very friendly) front desk staff were ever seen wearing one!nThe hotel is in a great location, it seemed very clean, and the staff were kind, but there clearly needs to be some further training done with the employees in both the front desk and housekeeping.

Great stay and staff was wonderful. Given a 4 star because the AC thermostat kept locking up and resetting. Come to find out it is motion controlled.

Great location. It's a Holiday Inn Express so you have to set your expectations right. The room was super tidy, and the staff was friendly. Most of the staff didn't wear masks so be advised if you're concerned about that. The AC worked really well and the TV was nice. On our first morning, there was hardly any breakfast (cereal, granola, and yogurt) so we skipped breakfast the next day, only to find we'd missed a traditional continental breakfast, which is the only real complaint we had.

I give this place five stars because the rooms look and smells clean. The customer service is great! They are very welcoming and are very helpful. This is my first time at this location. I look forward to coming back. No hot breakfast but that was expected because of Covid.

The room was beautiful. It was beautiful. The parking lot was well it. I definitely recommend.
