Customer service was amazing. The staff was wonderful & the hotel was beautiful. Room service could use some improvement. Although the stay was great it made me wonder how the employees are treated. In my experience when there’s great customer service the employees usually suffer. I did a little research & found horrible reviews concerning the employees. I would hate to spend my money knowing employees are being cussed at & abused. I understand it might not mean anything but to hard work people like myself treatment of your employees says a lot about you. Overall great place but I will not stay again.
This place is amazing. The hospitality is impeccable. We checked in last night and were greated with smiles and War Eagles. Florencia took excellent care of us at check-in, Brook, Larry and several staff members have been so helpful and welcoming. My breakfast omelette and cheese grits were heavenly. Best scented soap and lotions, everything is well procured to the finest detail. We will be back!
Absolutely loved it. Super super comfortable bed VERY CLEAN!! I also loved the fact you needed a key to enter at the building @night, the parking garage and even the elevator! It has vallet parking and room service. Cute little Italian restaurant and bar in the lobby. Trust me you will LOVE this affordable hotel.
Clean, wonderful location, delicious food, spacious rooms. Can't wait to go back. Wish we could get rooms on game nights.
Amazing hotel and such a convenient location. The hotel staff has been super accommodating with everything from early check-in, to letting us order room service to the pool. And dog friendly hotel. Really could not be happier with our choice to stay here!
