The pharmacy tech was so rude to me, and I asked her a simple question that I asked at the pharmacy Somerville road pharmacy.. the Somerville road crew member Nicole answered my question and was spot on accurate. Yet this girl was rude and told me she could not help
Always clean and friendly. Pharmacy is fast.
If you’re severely ill and need medication ... well if you go here you might just die waiting in the line . I waiting in line for 30 min before getting to the window . After that they had to put in different insurance information so they told me to go wait in a parking space for another 20min . Only to be told to GET BACK IN THE LINE . Couldn’t you have just served me then?? Another 20-30 min then I get the important meds a family member of mine needs . By the way don’t expect any kind of “please , thank you , sorry , you’re welcome” no politeness whatsoever . Real tight ship you run there CVS .
Store closing hours posted as 10pm but staff locked the door early at 9:50pm.
Bad experience and treated very rudley by employee named Christine.nCustomer service skills 0.She was very unkind and disrespectful.She makes this store look bad. No customer should have to tolerate this behavior. Waited 2 hours for prescription that had already been called in an 1 hour prior. Find another Pharmacy.
