The pharmacist , a wowan named Alex, just went above, and Beyond, by Not Quiting untill she could help me. I have been waiting 2 days on Walgreens, and CVS in Opelika. Alex , at CVS on college street got it done in 5 minutes. Great Job Alex, Thanks.
The best service around. As a student I appreciate every bit of cash I can save here and there. I came in and was paying over $100 for my prescriptions and that did not sit right with their team of pharmacy staff. So, they took an extra couple of minutes of their shift to go over why I was paying so much and got by total down to $40. Now that is customer service!
Always am greeted when I arrive. Have prompt service and find the things I need.
A cashier at the front completely invaded my space and spent a lot of time trying to open my grocery bag (even though I was at self checkout), then he ended up licking his fingers to open it. During the COVID pandemic especially, this made me feel extremely unsafe and disrespected.
Do not recommend the pharmacy. They will ignore you when standing in line and go to other people just walking up.
