I have been a customer of Jann's for years. There is no other pharmacist I trust more with my medications. She is always eager to help with advice and shows love and care with everyone she encounters. She is like family to me and my family members. Trust me, she is the best pharmacist I have ever known.

My wife and I are from Northport, but now live out of the country. We used to use the Kmart Pharmacy because Jann was there. We were elated to find her new place several years ago and have used her for all of our needs since. She goes out of her way to accomodate us and our sometimes very tight timelines. She and her staff have always been professional and very helpful and friendly. I have and continue to recommend them very highly.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in health care. I have tried using Jann's for three months with a poor experience each time. First visit-it will take 20 minutes and I waited for over an hour. Second visit-I called for refills. They had to order and, since it was Friday, they would not have them until Monday. (They had the prescription, didn't they know to order it so it would be in stock for the next month?) So, I show up Monday to get them. Oops, they filled out the paperwork incorrectly so you will have to come back Tuesday. Mind you, these were respiratory medications, something I needed to have. We go back Tuesday to get them and, they haven't filled them so we had to wait until they did. Remember, we called for these five days before hand. Third time-we will have to order, you can pick up tomorrow. So we go the next day and, guess what? They haven't filled it yet so we got to WAIT AGAIN. There is no service, no organization. Perhaps you have to be a friend and THEN they will have and deliver your medications in a timely manner.

If you are looking for a pharmacy that cares about their customers, knows you by name, and your doctor's office tells you how helpful and courteous your pharmacist was to work with, then go to Jann's Pharmacy in Northport, AL. They go out of their way to give great customer service, which doesn't happen much these days. They also deliver.
