UNBELIEVABLE!After spending an hour and a half gathering up materials because no one but the lady in paint department would help me,I stood in line for another 20 minutes.I explain to the manager Kevin that I needed to do a phone sale (which I do often at the Birmingham locations)he said they did not do phone sales after 4,He said that my customer would have to go online to order and it would take 24 hrs to gather materials (that I already had on a cart)I explained that my customer was elderly and didn’t know how to order online and that the Birmingham stores always done phone sales after 4.He replied that I needed to go to Birmingham then.I am blown away,I have a home repair company that does around $20,000 a month at Lowe’s!My resolve is to get up early and go to Birmingham alright but it will be a Home Depot that I go to from this day forward!!I will now drive pass 2 Lowe’s just to spend my and my customer’s money from now on(including this $1000 purchase.Thank you Kevin for caring for your customers!

Called the number 3 times for curbside pickup. No answer. Go in, stood at customer service desk for 10 more minutes before someone waited on me. They couldn’t get their log ins to work. I asked for a printed receipt and she emailed it then said there was no way to get a printed one. I asked to just return my items and she said that would take 30 mins. A manager finally came to print my receipt. I could have went in and got my items quicker than ordering online and then the workers that don’t have a clue what they are doing.

Lowe's Home Improvement Center in Cullman Alabama has definitely some issues but are still a great place to shop for your home improvement and repair needs. The curbside pickup has good employees and they're always courteous but they always seem to be out of the products they advertise online. The reason I rated it with three stars is because they remodeled their store and none of the employees know where anything is which is very discouraging to a customer that cannot walk around and look for things. But they do have a clean store clean restrooms and for the most part I can still find what I need.

Customer service was great ‼ufe0f The two gentlemen helping me with my water element, went over and beyond to make sure I got the product I needed. Although they didn't have the exact element I needed they called another store to find my element. Kirk was extremely knowledgeable shared his knowledge as he was training another employee as well. the reason they got four stars instead of five is because they were out of my exact water element.

They have everything needed for home improvement! But, good luck finding a worker on the floor that is willing to help you without hesitating or that knows about products or even cares to know. However, the cashiers are fabulous!!!
