I cannot say enough good things about. They have hands down the best service of any bike shop in the commonwealth. Their mechanics will always find and work for a solution and never push more expensive options. Today they even recommended 1 product at amazon which shows they care about their customers finding the best deal. I have had many interactions with this shop and not a single bad one. Incredible service
Got some work done on my bike, they did a great job and a great price. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely going to be my go to bike place.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Papa Wheelies. I've been in multiple times over the last few months for help with getting my bike set up so it works well for me and Craig and Jose have always gone above and beyond. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and helpful and they never talk down to you. They really just want everyone to be happy riding a bike.
Very good selection and customer service, they were all very nice and helpful. Nothing but consistently great results. I had a bike reapired and upgraded there and it is better than new. 110% worth visiting. I would definitely go again.
Conducted most of the sale over the phone, great polite service. Very friend ly when I was there to pick up the bike. However, when installing the kickstand they stretched/kinked the cables, which now need repair. Also, I'm concerned when you call a shop and the voicemail is full...
