This place was perfect! The new owner was easy to contact and quick to reply. The cabin is in a great location and more importantly it was clean! We already booked our next trip and look forward to staying there again.

The new owner of this place is awesome! Very understanding and accommodating. I booked a room last minute for my group for a spontaneous weekend and a issue came up with two four wheelers (over heating smh) and our friend/guide had a family emergency. So he refunded me in full! The rule is no refunds without 2 weeks notice. He didn’t even hesitate! I haven’t been up there yet but I will be staying there ANYTIME I come up there. Thank you so much for not taking my money. This place has good business ethics. If he is like this from afar I can imagine how great the actual stay is going to be. Thanks guys I will see you soon!

Had an awesome experience with Bramwell ATV Resort this past week! Was in need of a place to stay last minute, and was in luck that they had an opening! 10/10 in friendliness and communication, the owner was VERY responsive on all questions and just general information about where we were staying and the local towns. 10/10 would stay again.

Great cozy place and really close to the trailhead for the Pocahontas trail system.
