Stayed here for over a month, never had any problems with the staff.nnThe kitchen is very nice to have, especially the full size fridge. The rooms while small are very functional with lots of storage space. The rooms could use a update, especially the carpet my room had a tiny bit of a musty smell but for the price nothing to get too worked up about.nnBiggest con is the only thing in walking distance really is Taco Bell and Bob Evans. You are only like 300 yards from the interstate though.
Fantastic customer support. All of the hotel staff we talked to were very friendly and welcoming. The first room we received had a strong smoke odor - we brought our concerns up to the front desk and she immediately switched our room with no issues. Also the pet fee is very reasonable if you are only staying a few days, other places wanted $100 non-refundable and this hotel was only $20 a night. Highly recommended.
The absolute best place to stay within 60 miles of Huntington. The customer service is the best around and they make you a member of their family immediately
Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel a few years back for a work trip to the local Amazon building. The hotel staff were amazing, the area was beautiful and the facilities were beyond what I expected. Internet was fast and they arranged transport up the hill. Would recommend.
