Honestly they don’t deserve single star in my opinion. I have associates who use in store Western Union regularly. Literally every time we walk into the store & they see us heading for the kiosk they start asking questions their not entitled to ask. Sending or receiving....then they ask how much. The limit nationwide for Walgreens Western Union is $300. For me it’s usually no more than $200 but I always lie to them because they don’t want to do it. So I say 50, I finish my business at the kiosk and head towards the register where they claim they cannot do it. But we all know they can if the management in the building would always keep dedicated till with a high cash volume than other tills. But we all know that requires more work and it also takes them longer to count the drawers down. The reason I know their trained to lie is because I always lie and say it’s 50 bucks but once I get to the register it’s more, it infuriates them but I don’t care. As a Wallgreens that has WU they must keep enough cash on hand or nearby in the safe. What pisses me off the most is being harassed every single time I go into that store to do business. Literally their eye lock onto you, they watch go to the computer, they will then proceed to ask questions that shouldn’t be heard across the store. Today I flew off because I know it’s all BS! I called Walgreens customer service and they have no documentation anywhere in the nation to stop processing western union transactions, Western Union didn’t have a clue either. Thankful they do now.

Great customer service very friendly large selection and variety

It is a hometown friendly store. I not only enjoy the prices and sales and rewards Rite Aid gives but the sales personnel are friendly and make shopping in their store very pleasant and personal. They are all very attentive and conscientious.
