The team inside really knows what they are doing. At time of this review, there's limited supply of bikes due to manufacturer's constraints. You get honest pricing on parts and services, great feedback on ideas, and fast responses to e-mails.
Stopped by to drop off a bike for a tune up because it wasn't riding easily or correctly. JT talked to me, took one look at it and saw the issue. He fixed it right then and there, and even helped me load it back up. When I asked how much I owed him, he wouldn't let me pay.nHaven't had that level of customer service anywhere in quite a while. Will definitely be back for all future cycling related purchases!

Recently I was biking to Georgetown lake by the dam, and got a “dam” flat. Called my wife to pick me up , but saw that Georgetown Cyclewerx was 2 miles away and called them to check if they were opened. after a nice walk, when I got there, the guys were great and hospitable. They were super busy but somehow found the time and a 26” tire and tubes to fix my flat. These sizes are on back log! Anyways, after a few minutes I was on my way and they were very fair with the charges. Will be coming back in the future - thanks guys!
Stopped in because I needed a shock pump, got to talking with Paul, and he was extremely nice and helpful. Got to try on some shoes and even do a sit bone measurement to figure out what size seat I need.nnIf I'm ever in Georgetown and need something for my bike I'll definitely go here. Super helpful staff with great inclusive attitude and it looked like they've got a good amount of parts, tools and accessories.
