Checking in was okay. The front desk didn’t seem too thrill being there. They were young so maybe they were just starting out. Nothing special about that but the rooms were great. Beds were very clean. Layout of the room was great. I enjoyed the desk setup. I would definitely stay here again. Free parking as well! Hotel was very clean.

After having a very poor experience at Hampton Inn we thankfully ended up staying here. This was the most pleasant experience I think I've ever had staying at a hotel. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Kelsey (I hope I spelled that correctly) at the front desk who was so friendly and helped us out! The room was super clean and I would recommend anyone stay here, especially when flying out of Logan. Thank you again!!!!!!!!
Very clean, comfortable cozy rooms. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful with any needs you may have.
Today me and my wife my 5 months old, had to leave because the general manager michelle refused to extend our stay in place that we have been coming countless times before. Me and my wife and my 5 month boy checked in June the 19th around 0430, the lady was working that day, she was superbly awesome with us, she made the process so easy for us that day. I called sunday to extend for another night, we didnt problem to do so, today which june the 22th michelle refused to extend our stay for one more night because my wife has to be physically there to approve the transactio, knowing the night before we didnt have no problem in doing so, Michelle treated me poorly with no consideration for the baby and my wife, she was rude she never tried to work this out for us, inconveniently had spend more to go somewhere else, knowing that my wife is elite client member in your establishment.nMichelle made our stay in boston so bad, I will never forgot how we got treated from her personally. Let me know if you need more info about reservation, we found unacceptable that she never showed for our loyalty to your establishment. Deeply disappointed by her negative demeanor.
