Great location with shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Shuttle to the airport was extremely convenient. One person was a bit impatient and not very nice. Otherwise, the staff was great.
Sheets had not been changed before I checked in (gross). Called for service, no one ever came. Got attitude from staff when I complained. Was offered sheets and told I could change linens myself. Excuse me, I don't work here. Demanded another room.nAnd the rugs are crunchy, need to be clean ed thoroughly and immediately!
We had a great time here. Had some big items mailed here a couple of days before arrival: no problem. Requested a crib: no problem. Needed an airport pickup: no problem. The only thing that sucked was the grab-and-go breakfast, but that's thanks to Covid. We had a great night here, this is a nice location and very quiet rooms and comfy beds.
Great restaurant, staff seemed stressed being polite but not overly friendly.nBreakfast bag was okay,but understand need for covid caution.
Clean, affordable and most importantly PET friendly at no additional cost. La Quinta is the best hotel for pet parents.nnHighly recommend and will stay here again.
