Been staying here frequently on business. Ben has been accommodating as well as his staff. Room is always clean . Location is perfect and centrally located to everything including the interstate. Little Italy is a stone's throw away and area is littered with tons of additional options to dine. Highly recommend!
I am a strong believer of giving credit where it is due and during my stay at this hotel I recommend them with all five stars! One of the employees; Ben, was exceptional and went beyond his duties to accommodate my needs throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortably, spacious, and spotless. The CDC guidelines during this pandemic were followed to the T and the customer service is spectacularly recognizable. As this being my first trip to Boston, this hotel can guarantee that I plan to continue with their organization!
Great hotel in a spot that's close to the Boston train/subway and several stores and eateries. Hotel itself feels clean and decently kept. Rooms are spacious and no issues at all with the room. Staff are amazing and very friendly and accommodating. Only issue we had was an overwhelming smell of pot coming into our room from under the door on our last night, had to use a towel to cover the crack between the door and the floor to stop the smell from completely filling our room. No judgement on those that smoke weed, but hopefully the hotel takes swift actions on that behavior when it affects others on the same floor.
Great place to stay with good service and a fun, almost steampunk, decor! The beds are very comfortable and bathroom amenities impressive.nnOur room didn't have a view, but I was happy to see that they had bee hives out on the roof (don't worry they can't get in the windows).nnI wasn't a fan of the room's coffeemaker that was hard to figure out, and the signage for their parking during construction was not at all obvious.nnNone of that holds me back from giving 5 stars though
Room and entire hotel was clean however shower didn't work well at all and for the price we paid a Continental breakfast should have been included. Place was very dark and I left my pillow on accident no one even called to let me know. Staff wasn't overly friendly either. It was my one night away after getting married and it was nothing to write home about.
