I had an overall great experience in my stay here. Rooms are clean and breakfast (which was safely given to-go due to Covid) was yummy. The hotel is super close to the airport and train which makes going to Salem very easy. However I do have to compliment their staff over anything else, from the moment I first called Phil answered and he was sooooo friendly and informative on the different options I had to get to the hotel. Once we got there he welcomed us with a smile, let us check in early and gave us more info on how to get to salem, what to do, etc etc. It's just so nice meeting someone who is happy at their job and good at what they do! So thank you so much Phil (A++ for you) and everyone else on the staff! Highly recommend this hotel
Very clean and very nice staff!!!! I usually find something to complain about but I wasn’t able to!!! I guess if I had to complain about something it would be the breakfast. Due to covid we were not able to get a hot breakfast . They did supply us with cereal , bagels , and fruit though. So really I can’t complain. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Boston. Plenty of shopping and food within walking distance!!!

If you like to hear traffic trains and sirens this may be your hotel. On this trip to Boston area the Fairfield is my third hotel and by far the least comfortable and the loudest. I stayed downtown in a Marriott- it was great and I like the chain. The Fairfield feels like a best western.nThe shuttle to Logan only runs on the hour so prepare to wait. Not the service I’ve come to expect from a premier “service “ establishment
