Have been here two nights with one more to go. Hotel staff is very nice and have been quite accommodating with business needs. Hotel is kept clean. Rooms are spacious. And that train others have commented on is truly no real big deal. My only critiques, both minor, ....it would be nice if the breakfast bags contained fresh fruit....and I could do without folks traipsing through the lobby in their bathing suits.
I just checked in today front desk people are awesome actually they are wicked awesome very helpful very friendly met all my needs.nnThe room was exceptional clean smells good I'm glad to be here we'll be staying with these good folks for approximately six weeks if not longer and as my stay becomes longer I will upgrade to four stars but no one ever gets 5 on my reviews
New hotel but a tad run down. Guests don't respect the rooms probably leaving them really dirty. Otherwise nice design and layout. Big bathroom. Thin walls. BUT better than the surrounding hotelsnHands down. Hang in there!
Very nice accommodation. I had a six week project here and this was home for me. The staff was super nice. Jessica, the night clerk you rock! If I have to come back for another long project I'm requesting to stay here again.
When i first went back in June of 2020 for a birthday party i loved the stay! Even though the pool was closed due to covid and the people who seemed to have been on drugs or living in the hotel, it was really a great stay. Now the reason i gave 2 stars it just seemed everything changed within a month and i just wasn’t happy at all. First the security who wasn’t there my first stay just creeped me out all the way, i was checking in and just felt him staring me down like umm privacy much then it seem like he was just walking into peoples rooms like he had an all access key card! Then the amount of people i seen walking around the lobby with no mask on even if they just grabbing a towel or they already checked in i still feel they need a mask. Now the staff are great very helpful but i can sense the lack of communication within, i asked when will my 100 dollars go back into my account one person said when i checked out another said 2-3 business days then another person said 5-10 business days if i used a debit card(which i did) but soon as i got home(2 days) the 100 dollars was already in my account. I just feel something should switch up and by the way the same people i felt was doing drugs was still there within a month!
