The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide us with comfort. We ordered off the menu of the on-site restaurant, and their chicken wings were amazing. The room was large and clean to high-level standards during this coronavirus time and the location was in an area with some conveniences in walking distance.
The room was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the beds were the most comfortable beds! I can not say enough positive things. I would recommend to anyone!
I called ahead about how late the pool was open was told 10, but when we got back to swim it was closed at 8! I called about the shuttle was told didn’t need reservations, but the next morning we were told we did need them so we had to Uber to airport. We asked front desk for towels he was rude waved his hands said we’ll bring them up because we “ interrupted“ his soccer game on tv. Second shift front desk was rude to my guest. Elevator was broken, in order for us to get to our room we had to find a worker to unlock side door to let us in stairway. Was never asked about housekeeping during check-in, no housekeeping service our whole stay.
Nice place to stay! Room was spacious and clean! We'll be back next time we have business in Boston!
This is my go to hotel in the Boston area. Free parking and the breakfast is really good (before Covid) I highly recommend this place.
