I have no complained how so ever, the staff was tremendous, I was well taken care thank you.
LOUD, LOUD, LOUDER!! Rooms & facility are beautiful. If your looking for rest or sleep request a room on back of Hotel. Parkway cycle is directly in front with late night weekend motorcycle shows & loud gatherings with drag races. There are many sets of lights & all night long it sounds like a low rider drag race is going on,?even with air & soft music & a heavy sleeper it’s very LOUD. Again, the facility & amenities are beautiful & clean.
The staff was wonderful and the hotel is modern and really nice looking. The rooms were spotless
There rooms are nicely appointed and decorated.. Cute hotel but in a not so great location. The breakfast is pretty good! The only complaint I have is with the employees at the reception desk.. Came in last night said hello and she barely raised her head. Very unhappy seemed. None the less you don't treat customers like that. Other than that it's a pretty nice room.
TERRIBLE HOTEL!! DO NOT COME!!! The front desk is super rude and unprofessional. We stayed here for a couple of nights and the last night we were here, there were weird and loud noises coming from the AC vent. It sounded like there was a mouse scratching the wall of a tube.nWe reported this to the front desk, yet he completely ignored our concern and only kept on telling us there’s nothing he can do and that we will just have to calm down and bear with it until the next morning. The noises lasted the entire night.nnHonestly felt speechless about their attitudes. It seems like a nice hotel with fancy deco but be aware, there might be mice in this hotel (also read it from other’s reviews that there have been mouse traps seen in the lobby), and furthermore their front desk is unbelievably rude and irresponsible. They do not care about their guests at all.nnWill never come back to this hotel again.
