My first visit to an REI and it was an outstanding, eye opening experience. Tremendous inventory; knowledgeable, bright, attentive representatives.nI might have been slow getting to the store; but I intend to do a lot of shopping here.nI did not check to look for any pet supplies at the location in South Lake, Texas but I'm going back today.nGreat store‼ufe0f

This store is fantastic. The customer service is beyond all expectations with every employee we encountered being both friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well laid out and very clean. We had placed an online order and decided to go inside the store instead of using their convenient curb-side pickup. We have been in other REI locations before, but have been most impressed with this one. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for outdoor recreation items.

Covid precautions in place, left feeling very safe.nAssociates around every turn happily offering help if needed. The few I encountered all seemed to be having a great day. I enjoyed the positivity. Great experience!

The staff here are superb. Everyone is really great, but there is a guy here that is probably the happiest man alive. I don't know his name, but he makes my day every time I see him working at this store.

I was really having trouble with my Yakima Rack and getting it off of my vehicle. Luckily, LUKE was there and he spent a lot of time trying different options and was able to remove the rack. I couldn't have been happier with the incredibly and friendly service! Then I bought some items and checked out and Chris Duffy remembered my name from when I entered the store and was already ready to check me out. Again, amazingly friendly and patient. You guys rock! Thank you
