The customer service was great over the phone. The employees went above and beyond to help me with my prescription. They even were able to call my insurance company to help me get the right information. Stephanie and Lenny are great employees

The store is fine. But the pharmacy needs help. I had to return every day for three days to get a prescription transfer filled that should’ve been done the first day, according to the transferring pharmacy. Except for the first person I talked to, the rest consistently didn’t know what was going on and kept giving me incorrect information. Missing this medication could’ve easily put me in the hospital.nnI had called the transferring pharmacy yesterday and they said the prescription was transferred and should be ready to pick up tomorrow. I got to CVS, and they said it wasn’t and the transferring pharmacy was closed so they could give me 3 capsules to get me through to Monday. I called my transferring pharmacy, which has a weekend clinic division, and I heard them talk to the techs while I was still in store. I picked up my prescription ready to never return to CVS again. When I got home, I only had 3 capsules instead of the 30 the prescription called for. I called CVS and they said the transferring pharmacy (who both they and I had just gotten off the phone with) was closed, so the 3 pills I got were to hold me over until Monday when the transferring pharmacy was open.

It doesn’t matter when you go or what you do to prepare or how many people are in line, you will always have to wait half an hour to pick up prescriptions.

Milk is constantly bad. Their fridge is kept warm and is leading to people getting sick. This was the third time in a row i bought milk there that was sour even though it was not expired. I thought it was a one time thing before ... clearly not.
