So I have been waiting to write this review, trying to give them more time to redeem themselves. However, they have only gotten worse. The notification from pharmacy for auto refill prescriptions is awful!!! They notify you 30% of the time and the months they do notify you, they call and text more than 4 times a day. I have heard this complaint from multiple customers so you would think they would fix it. On top of that they put meds back on the shelf before the told date. I came in to get scripts on days before they were to be re-shelved per the info line and then had to wait another hour for them to refill them. Also, now that they have the self check out lanes it is impossible to get help on checking out. I can not self check out things like razors that they keep behind the desk. And don’t even get me started on the attitudes of the employees I have come across! Horrible location.

Drive thru service is extremely slow! If you come to this location, you’d better be patient. I do not recommend it at all!!

I do not recommend this pharmacy. Horrible unprofessional service. I would save your time and aggravation and go to another pharmacy.

Idk why this location has a hard time with vaccine. The average wait the day I was there was over two hours with an appointment. My wife went to a different cvs and waited 5 minutes.

I believe the pharmacists and staff do the best they can to meet the needs of filling patient prescriptions. Unfortunately, they appear dangerously understaffed. It does not take a rocket scientist to understand overworking and understaffing sets the stage for a serious error.
