Hands down the best bike shop around! These guys know their stuff and take care of their customers. The manager who sold me my specialized road bike always greets me and remembers me when I come in. So hard to find that kind of service these days. Keep up the great work guys I really appreciate all the help on my journey into road biking.

25 FebnI am very pleased to report that I received a call from Michael, senior management at Bikeland with an apology for my experience with the repair shop a few days ago. Therefore I am also happy to change my review! Michael offered a full refund which I thought was very generous! I didn’t accept full refund however as I did receive new parts for the bike and felt I should pay for them. What I had hoped for most I got, acknowledgment that I wasn’t treated properly when I brought the bike back for the third time and that staff be told about their behavior. I am very grateful for the phone call, it proved to me that senior management at Bikeland, do care, they are good business people and they did the right thing! As I mentioned in my previous review the girls at the front who have helped me in the clothing area, were awesome ! ( manager Jen) Very helpful and friendly!nSo for those of you who read my review from yesterday I hope you read this one as well, We will shop there again. I believe in second chances especially when such great effort was made to make things right. ud83dudc4d

Friendly staff, helped us with some service work and got us some pedals for a holiday ride while visiting family. Also very surprised at the quality and selection of high end bikes, super cool. I would recommend for a streamline experience or if you're looking to get into cycling

READ THIS before you write a review! Great store and employees, shopped here many times. Always a good experience. I read the bad reviews as I always do because I can determine if they are legit or not because I own a service business and people who write bad reviews are most of the time not telling the whole truth (lying or exaggerating ). Mistakes happen in business and that is just part of being human but a business should not be condemned publicaly if they make an error on an occasion. As a patron you should understand that you will be the victim at some point in your life of someone else's legitimate mistake that was not intended. So for you cry babies that think you need to voice your opinion on everything that doesn't go your way, Shame on you for hurting good peoples business.
