Nobody ever answers phone calls to the pharmacy!! On hold over 30 minutes 3 times. Wouldn't have to call if prescriptions were correctly given to me at the time of pick up!

My husband had just gotten out of the hospital for a large kidney stone. So we got to the pharmacy at midnight and he said he’s by himself so it’ll be about three hours. I understand being busy so we went home. I called as I left my house and was on hold for the 25 minute ride to get there in hopes of finding out whether it was ready or not before I arrived, Unfortunately no answer. When I got there the pharmacist said he forgot to get my name because my husband‘s medication was under dependence. So I gave him my name and he said he couldn’t run it because he wasn’t the best at insurances. He told me I would have to wait until 8:00 in the morning for the other pharmacist to arrive, unfortunately my husband was at home already doubled over in pain. As he was checking me out for me to pay out of pocket, he realized that maybe it wasn’t working because he went ahead and assumed my husband‘s date of birth which he did not ask me prior to me leaving as he also admitted that he did not call the insurance in order to get any information so he could run the prescription. In light of the information that I had given in order for him to run the prescription he said he was too busy anyways, so I had to pay out of pocket. I’m a nurse and I talk to a lot of pharmacist and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

NEVER EVER Answer's PHONES! Y'all need to invest in a call center to answer basic questions to allow techs to.donwhat they need! AND THIS IS ALL OF THE CVS in Corpus! It's HORRIBLE!

It says this CVS is open 24 hours but NO ONE is available to ever answer the phone?! I tried calling twice and waited both times over 30 minutes. WHY HAVE A PHONE OR WHY GO TO WORK IF YOUR NOT WORKING ???

Always slammed and understaffed. Pharmacists and staff can be rude and short at times. Other times they are helpful and nice. Kind of just depends on how they feel I guess. Other than that, it's great for small items and last minute needs. The minute clinic is also fabulous and fast.
