I wish the CVS could get a negative 5. Do not go there for a Covid-19 test. Waited 35 minutes in line for my test only to receive a call after my appointment time that the system was down I need to reschedule ( no big deal things happen). Go online reschedule for later that evening come back 20 minutes before my appointment of course there is a line. What I did not expect is to wait in line for one hour and 37 minutes for the employee to say the system is not processing and I could reschedule. Worst service ever! I will never return to this location. Customer service suck and the staff is clueless.ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

I usually don’t write reviews, but this pharmacy technician went up and beyond his job scope and I would like to acknowledge and show my appreciation. Emmanuel not only saved me money on my co-pay on my prescriptions, but he suggested a different type of medication that was prescribed to me that could be just as effective. After calling me doctor several times, being on hold forever (and actually waiting ), and being talked to crazy by one of the nurses at the office, that didn’t stop him from helping me to the best of his ability and ensuring I was getting what I needed and in the most cost efficient way. Thank you once again. I have not had many people who would go beyond their job scope to help a customer.

FYI, if you’re a long-standing customer and you need to know when a script will become available, please be polite about it. The pharmacist was short and not helpful in assisting me when the next available date.

The tall dark gentleman in the front this evening was so kind and helpful I was getting some things to take to the hospital, he helped me find them. Also he helped me with my things since he saw me struggling. Unfortunately I don't remember his name. He provided Great service!

worst pharmacy service, drive-thru and inside there is always a line of 20 minutes of wait. they don't have enough people to help the client and they make mistakes in your orders.
