Jamie Isaacks has been helping me out for years. I appreciate his knowledge and awesome customer service. He always makes me feel at home. Y’all have an awesome team. Chase, James, Dominic, Cynthia and others. Everyone is always super nice and helpful. I drive 80 miles from China because I know that I will get excellent customer service.

Great facility occupied by learned and willing staff. I have had a very difficult technology issue with a power meter that is no fault of the crew at bike barn but Matt rescued me last week, even though there was a 1 week wait for service. He just knew how frustrated I had gotten with no solution and solved it on the spot. That is the kind of high quality care that makes a big operation like there is into a family friendly facility.nnBravo!

Really nice, open store, which I know costs them a lot, but it's worth it. And, every single employee I have worked with is very knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about cycling. A+

Took a friend to the University location who is getting back into riding. his bike has sat for years and was not working properly. Jason with he service team was able to fit the bike with a new chain and make adjustments so the bike runes flawlessly now. While waiting for the mechanics to work their magic we where helped by the floor staff with fitting him with a new helmet, Bib Shorts and some other accessories. Thank you Bike Barn team!

I took my bike in for an overhaul. It had been hanging in my garage for more than 5 years. It was a mess. I had purchased it from Bike Barn years ago, so I took it there to get a facelift. Wow! I just got it back and it is honestly a new bike. They changed pretty much everything on the bike...and all for a very fair price.nnWell done! Thanks for your great work and excellent customer service.
